Return Policy

Return Policy

  • All products in this store are skincare items and therefore are not eligible for a trial or appreciation period. Once sold, returns are not accepted. Returned items must be unused, undamaged (not caused by human error), and free from defects. If notified by the store, please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer box); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

Situations Where Returns Will Not Be Accepted:

  1. Products that have been unsealed, used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, defects, damages, wear, scratches, or dirt.
  2. Returns with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing invoices, or accessories.
  3. Malicious or excessive returns.

Return Process:

  1. Contact customer service.
  2. Confirm eligibility for return.
  3. Prepare the complete product and invoice.
  4. Provide collection time, contact information, and address.
  5. A designated logistics provider will collect the return.

Refund Details:

  • For credit card payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original credit card account upon confirmation of a successful return.
  • For cash-on-delivery payments: Refunds will be transferred to the bank account you provide after the return is confirmed.
