Our store complies with the Personal Data Protection Act to safeguard your personal information and adheres to the store's privacy policy.


Order Information

  • Standard orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Pre-order items will display the estimated shipping date in the product description; actual delivery depends on product availability.
  • All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is damaged. Please record the unboxing process for proof.

Order Tracking

  • Log in to the DR. LIN website as a member to access your full order history. Orders marked "Processing" or "Confirmed" have not yet been shipped, while "Completed" indicates the order has been shipped.
  • For convenience store pickup orders, monitor SMS notifications or inquire at the selected 7-11 store.
  • If you are not a member, use the email address provided at checkout to track your order.

Shipping Information

Shipping is processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and may vary based on logistics providers.

7-11 Store Pickup:

  • Items typically arrive at the designated store 2 days after shipping. An email will be sent upon dispatch, and an SMS will notify you once the package is ready for pickup.
  • Packages must be collected within 7 days of arrival at the store. A valid ID (e.g., ID card, health insurance card, or driver's license) is required for pickup.
  • Unclaimed packages will be returned, and a re-shipping fee of $60 will apply.

7-11 Store Pickup with Payment:

  • Packages will arrive at the designated store 2 days after shipping. An email will be sent upon dispatch, and an SMS will notify you when the package is ready.
  • Packages must be collected within 7 days of arrival. Unclaimed packages will be returned, and a $60 reshipping fee will apply.
  • Customers with 2 or more unclaimed packages within one year will no longer be eligible for 7-11 store pickup with payment.

Important Notes:

  • Delays may occur due to incomplete or incorrect recipient information, natural disasters, system maintenance, etc.
  • If no SMS is received, possible reasons include:
    1. Incorrect phone number entered during checkout.
    2. Phone settings blocking promotional SMS or use of SMS-blocking apps.
    3. Weak signal during SMS delivery.
    4. Full SMS storage on the recipient's device.

Upon shipping completion, the order status will be updated to "Completed" on the website, and an email will be sent. SMS notifications are sent when packages arrive at the store. Reshipping fees apply for unclaimed packages, and failure to receive SMS notifications cannot be used as grounds to waive reshipping fees.
